Exchange & Refund Policy – LEFFY

At LEFFY, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only. Returns and refunds are not available.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • A clear opening video is mandatory in case of damaged or defective products

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Customized or altered items are not eligible for exchange

🚫 Products purchased during sale, discount, or using coupon/gift vouchers are not eligible for exchange

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds.

In case of approved damage or defect:

  • Customers may opt for an exchange or

  • Receive store credit (voucher code)

Store credit will be sent to the registered email ID and can be redeemed at checkout.

Reverse Pickup for Exchange

  • Reverse pickup is available for exchange orders

  • A fee of ₹200 is applicable

  • Pickup will be scheduled only after payment confirmation

Size Exchange

If the size does not fit:

  • Request a size exchange within 48 hours

  • Subject to stock availability

  • ₹200 courier fee applies

Order Cancellation

  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled

  • COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

Store Credit Policy

Store credit is issued only if the requested exchange size is unavailable.
Credits are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period mentioned in the voucher email.
